About this file
This is an Amendment to Solicitation (SF 30) for solicitation number 36C77626Q0155 issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Program Contracting Activity Central on April 24, 2026, with an effective date of May 21, 2026. The amendment provides answers to contractor questions and includes a revised Performance Work Statement (PWS) attachment for the American Lake Building 201 Initial Outfitting, Transitioning and Activation (IOT&A) Services project.
The project involves transitioning and activating ambulatory services in Building 201 at the American Lake VA Medical Center (9600 Veterans Dr. SW, Tacoma, WA 98493-0003). Key service requirements include relocation of IT equipment (approximately 425 computer/desk setups with monitors and peripherals requiring same-day removal and re-installation), meeting facilitation and coordination with design-build construction activities, and acquisition packages development. The contractor will not be required to procure new equipment or conduct physical inventory of furniture, fixtures, and equipment, nor will they be responsible for patient relocation or moving patient personal items. The contractor must be onsite for meetings and during the activation phase (estimated August 2026 through May 2030 project close-out), with a minimum of one monthly design-build coordination meeting for the first 18 months, increasing to bi-weekly meetings during construction 75-100% completion. Shared workspace will be provided with five business days' advance notice to the Contracting Officer's Representative. No existing contract currently covers these services, and staffing information will be provided post-award once clinical services provide staffing plans.
