About this file
This document is an amendment (Amendment 0002) to a Tampa IOT&A solicitation containing clarifications to two previously asked questions. The first key detail addresses the estimated first day of Clinical Services, which is scheduled for June 2029, as identified in Section 1 of the Performance Work Statement. The second clarification concerns the contractor's responsibilities for moving personnel and patient belongings during relocation.
The solicitation specifies that the IOT&A contractor will be responsible for relocating approximately 194 full-time equivalent employees (FTEEs), with each employee allowed 2 moving boxes. Additionally, the contractor must supply 10-15 medium boxes per patient/resident for approximately 45 patients moving to a new Clinical Long-Term Care (CLC) facility. The contractor will provide all labor, materials, transportation, and equipment for relocating reuse equipment, personnel files, and supplies. Notably, all patient belongings must fit in the provided boxes, and furniture items belong to the VA, with no personal furniture or equipment permitted.
