About this file

This is a phasing instruction document for EHRM Infrastructure Upgrades Construction at the VA Lakemont facility in Orlando, FL.

After each closet receives approval and switch migration is complete, demolition of the old closet can begin followed by construction of the next TR. All work must be performed during "WHEN" hours (Weekends, Holidays, Evenings, Nights) between 4:00 PM and 6:00 AM Sunday through Saturday, outside normal facility operating hours of 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Prior VA approval is required for any work during normal hours, and initial coordination with the project COR is necessary before beginning WHEN hours work, including escort assignment.
