The various CLINs that the Contractor is required to propose has CLINs that represent pricing with and without Mail Manifesting. It is recommended the vendor use this information in two ways. The first is to validate the information that CMOP has is accurate and correct. This information is provided by the Vendor. Secondly, it assist the vendor as to exactly what should be filled based on what the Medical Center request, the vendors product pack size, how many the vendor should dispense of that pack size. |

| Yes and yes. |
| "The contractor will be reimbursed the FSS or other federal contract vehicle item price for all items shipped, as well as a handling fee per line item…." Question: Does this mean the vendor will purchase all items to be shipped and be reimbursed by the government for those items? If that is the case what are the terms and policies that the government has in place with those manufacturers? These would include, to name a few: returned items, inbound shipping costs, damaged freight, expedited charges, destination returned product, expiration dates, recalled item responsibility? Will the government or the vendor negotiate with the vendor or are those items addressed. If they are addressed where are the terms? Will the winning vendor fall under the pricing and terms the government has with the vendor? Does the government have a lowest price guarantee with the manufacturer and will the winning vendor be able to purchase the product using government terms and pricing? |
| Yes. Reimbursement occurs following Rx shipment and acknowledgement. Terms, policies and negotiations are the responsibility of the awarded contractor. The government provides item information and maximum price for reimbursement. |
