RE: Stanley 661HD Series Cont. Hinge: This is an aluminum geared hinge. Spec 087100 Part 2‐2.1 Contin. Hinge indicates hinges are to be stainless steel with accessible thru‐wire feature. The 661HD does not offer this thru‐wire feature. It also does not offer the integral edge guard or adjustable features. Please advise.

c. Question: Question originally asked with Amendment 0003: Reference to issued
Amendment 2, RFI response noted that all Anti ‐Ligature work is removed from this project 654‐17‐713. However the new Amendment 2 drawings sheet 12‐ES‐202 shows installing anti‐ligature security cameras, door controls, door switches and door sensors. Please clarify what Anti‐Ligature work is not part of this solicitation.
d. Response: Updated Answer to Amendment 0003: GC is responsible for all anti‐ ligature work in the contract, less the installation of a new anti‐ligature door top sensing system. The GC is responsible to remove the existing door top anti‐ ligature system from the existing patient room doors, and then reinstalling the system into/onto the new doors installed by the GC. GC should check the status of the door top alarm system prior to starting demo of the frame/door at each patient room with the COR. Verification of the door top alarm system post‐ installation of the new frames/doors is required for each door prior to release to be used with patients.
e. Question: Amendment 2 says that the anti‐ligature is to be removed from this project. It does not explain what that is to include and the drawing were not revised.
