About this file

This is Amendment 0001 to Federal Solicitation 36C26026R0025, issued by the Department of Veterans Affairs Veterans Health Administration Veterans Integrated Service Network 20 through the 36C260 Network Contracting Office located in Vancouver, Washington. The amendment extends the proposal submission deadline from May 11, 2026 to May 14, 2026 at 10:00 AM PDT. The solicitation is for updating a security camera system at a Department of Veterans Affairs facility (requisition/purchase order number 653-25-103).

The amendment updates Clause 52.228-1 regarding bid guarantee requirements, which mandate that offerors provide a bid guarantee in an amount equal to 20 percent of their bid price or $3 million, whichever is less. The bid guarantee must be in the form of a firm commitment such as a bid bond, certified check, cashier's check, irrevocable letter of credit, or other acceptable instruments. Unsuccessful bidders will have their bid guarantees returned promptly after bid opening, while the successful bidder's guarantee will be returned upon execution of contractual documents and required bonds. All other terms and conditions of the original solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the extended deadline by completing the amendment form, acknowledging receipt on each copy of their offer, or providing separate written or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers.
