Pre-Bid Meeting
FOR
Project 623-16-101 Upgrade Chiller Plant
The contractor is to provide all labor, tools, materials, equipment and supervision required to complete the construction of the Project 623-16-101, Upgrade Chiller Plant at the Muskogee VA Medical Center. The major scope of work for the project consists of replacing existing chilled water plant with new chillers, pumps, heat exchanger and cooling towers. The replacement of chillers will require the contractor to rent a temporary cooling tower and pumps and install them for use during the replacement of existing cooling towers. This is to ensure chiller plant is operational to provide minimum required cooling for the campus buildings.
