About this file

The document is a Self Performed Work Calculations form for a Department of Veterans Affairs contract (Solicitation 36C25725R0064) related to updating a CLC HVAC system. The form provides detailed instructions for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs) to calculate their self-performed work percentages according to specific subcontracting limitations.

The calculations require offerors to break down their total proposed price, material costs, and projected non-VetCert work percentages. The subcontracting limitations vary by contract type: for services, SDVOSBs cannot pay more than 50% to non-certified firms; for general construction, no more than 85% (excluding material costs); and for special trade construction, no more than 75% can be paid to non-certified firms. This form ensures that SDVOSB prime contractors maintain a significant portion of work performance on the contract.
