About this file

This document is a form for Offeror's Self-Performed Calculations related to Limitations on Subcontracting for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSBs). The form requires offerors to calculate their self-performed work percentages based on their total proposed price, cost of materials, and payments to non-VetCert SDVOSBs. Different subcontracting limitations apply depending on the contract type: for A/E services, prime contractors cannot pay more than 50% to non-certified firms; for general construction, no more than 85% can be paid to non-certified firms (excluding materials); and for special trade construction contractors, no more than 75% can be paid to non-certified firms.
