This is a pre-solicitation notice only and does not constitute a binding contract solicitation; however, responses demonstrating capabilities and qualifications will inform the government's acquisition strategy.
The scope of work encompasses maintenance and inspection of specific equipment including BeaconMedeas Medical Air System (Model 4107005549), Powerex Medical Air System (Model MTD050525), Atlas Copco Instrument Air Systems (Model SF8+), and Flowserve medical vacuum pumps. The contractor must provide annual and semi-annual preventive maintenance, perform comprehensive medical gas pipeline inspections, conduct oxygen particulate and medical air dew point analysis, and ensure 24/7/365 emergency repair services with an eight-hour response time. All work must comply with NFPA 99 (Health Care Facilities Code) and NFPA 70 (National Electrical Code) standards. The contract structure includes a one-year base period plus four one-year option periods. Contractors must demonstrate a minimum of five years of experience servicing medical gas systems, possess factory certifications on specified equipment, and meet qualifications regarding licensure and NFPA standards familiarity.
