Pre-Bid RFI Questions and Answers for Projects 657-18-115JC
FCA Replace Various Air Handling Units and Variable Air Volume Units
1. There are varying dates throughout the solicitation for the period of performance. Please specify the correct days to complete. CO – For project 657-18-115JC the Period of Performance (POP) shall be: 550 calendar days after notice to proceed (NTP).
2. Factor 4 Number 3 appears to be set up similar to a submittal. The requirements of service departments do not make sense, and the approval of equipment is not relevant to a proposal requirement, as maintenance records are taken after a piece of equipment has been installed. The proposed installed equipment has not yet been installed to require maintenance records. CO – Requirement of maintenance records after installation.
3. Please provide above ceiling photos for the areas that were not made available during the site visit.
COR – Above ceiling photos not available.
