About this file
This document appears to be a set of clarification questions and answers related to a Veterans Affairs (VA) solicitation. The questions address three specific points about document formatting and certification requirements: 1) The TICS file should be submitted in Excel format, despite a PDF conversion requirement in Section 4.06D, 2) No CAD files are needed as per Section 3.06O, and 3) There is a certification requirement for LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), which will be the sole green building certification used despite mentions of Green Globes in other sections. The responses provide direct clarification from the VA, confirming the Excel format for the TICS Table, confirming no CAD files are required, and definitively stating that LEED certification is the needed standard for this procurement.

Text version
1. Section 4.06D of the RLP says that all files to be converted to PDF. Does this mean that VA wants the TICS file in PDF (as opposed to excel) TICS Table should be sent in EXCEL Format.
2. ) VA doesn’t need the CAD files (per Section 3.06O)?
No CAD needed
3. Section 3.10 calls for LEED certification, while Sections 3.06S and 3.06T call for Green Globes. Typically, VA procurements only call for one or the other between Green Globes and LEED. Could VA please clarify regarding these clauses?
LEED is needed.
