Work hours are restricted to 7:00 AM Saturday through 5:30 PM Sunday, with requirements for infection control, PCRA/ICRA procedures, and lock out tag out (LOTO) compliance. Service Contract Labor Standards and Davis-Bacon Act requirements do not apply. Past performance references from proposed major subcontractors or teaming partners may be submitted to satisfy the three required past performance references.
