27 to accommodate 5 job trailers with “ease of change over” being a fundamental design priority will be constructed. The contractor lay-down will consist of a concrete pad with electrical and communication hookups for each trailer. Sewer will be handled with portable temporary toilets provided by the contractors at their designated location within the laydown area. The electrical vault underneath building 4's western porch will be preserved. This vault will be utilized as the electrical “hub” for this part of the Lebanon VAMC campus. The existing door and frame to the vault will be replaced. The contractor shall be responsible for assuring the existing storm water drain at the bottom of the stairwell access to the vault is cleaned out and able to properly drain. A new storage structure is to be built on top of the electrical vault. The remaining of the site will be landscaped and new trees will BE planted as needed in coordination with COR.

Before placement and installation of work subject to tests by testing laboratory retained by Department of Veterans Affairs, the Contractor shall notify the COR in sufficient time to enable testing laboratory personnel to be present at the site in time for proper taking and testing of specimens and field inspection. Such prior notice shall be not less than three work days unless otherwise designated by the
COR.
