About this file
This document provides a pre-solicitation notice for a Multiple Award Task Order Contract for construction services at two Veterans Affairs medical centers. The Lebanon and Altoona VAMCs seek to award between 5-10 MATOC contracts for projects valued between $2 million and $20 million, including an initial seed project to demolish Buildings 26 and 27 estimated between $2 million and $5 million. The period of performance for the seed project is 365 calendar days from notice to proceed. This is a 100% SDVOSB set-aside requiring registration in SAM and VIP databases by the response due date. The solicitation will be available on July 25, 2019 on FBO, and a pre-proposal conference will be held within two weeks thereafter. The ceiling for the MATOC is $250 million with individual task order caps of $5 million. The minimum guarantee is $5,000 per contractor. Questions should be directed to the point of contact by the specified deadline.
