Solicitation: 36C24226B0046 Project No.: 526-20-508 Replace Morgue Freezers James J. Peters VAMC 130 West Kingsbridge Rd, Bronx, NY 10468 RFI response 8/12/2026
21) The drawing calls for 2 Temp Track sensors that interface with the hospital’s existing system. We requested information from the manufacturer (Copeland) to find out who manages the system so we can get a price on the sensors. Can agency inform who we should contact. Answer: The sensors will be the responsibility of the VA. The old units still have the sensors in them and VA can reinstall as long as they aren’t lost during the demo. If new sensors need to be ordered, VA engineering will be the POC.
