About this file

Attachment I is a Historical Labor Mix document for a federal contract opportunity for Actuarial Support Services with the Department of Veterans Affairs. The document details a comprehensive labor classification matrix for actuarial and technical roles, specifying experience levels, educational requirements, and functional responsibilities for positions ranging from Project Manager/Actuary to Junior Actuary Intern, Statisticians, Healthcare Consultants, Software Engineers, and Administrative Support staff.

The labor categories are meticulously defined, with each role requiring specific qualifications such as professional certifications (Society of Actuaries, American Academy of Actuaries), years of experience, educational background, and key functional responsibilities. Roles are stratified by seniority levels (e.g., Principal, Associate, Junior) and include technical positions like Software Engineers and Statisticians, with minimum education requirements typically ranging from a Bachelor's degree to an advanced degree, and experience levels from entry-level (less than 3 years) to senior-level (10+ years).
