About this file
This document contains government responses to questions on a solicitation for the Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery Phase 5C construction project. The Department of Veterans Affairs anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to expand the cemetery located in St. Louis, Missouri. The government will consider allowing the use of two bonding companies to cover the total project cost as long as both cover the entire amount and it is clear what part each covers. Additionally, the proposal due date is extended to June 15, 2022 at 4:00pm Eastern Time.

Bonding
As this is my first Major project I am bidding. Would the government consider separating out the material for this project. So that their will be two payment and performance bonds. This will still cover the total project cost. However, it would make it easier for bonding approval.
Yes, you can use two bonding companies as long as both cover the entire amount of the project. It must be obvious as to what part of the project each one covers.
Proposal Due Date
