Columbarium 1 (leaning) does the NCA have the means to remove and properly store (for visitation) inurnments during re-leveling or should General Contractor account for cost in this period for proper storage? Can this entire area complex be considered a construction work zone and be fenced off, or are we limited to how may walls can be obstructed at one time?
The government has the capability to remove and properly store the urns temporarily. The general contractor does not have to account for any cost associated with this. The entire complex cannot be considered a work zone since every urn can’t be moved or visitation limited for every wall in the area. During the re-leveling process, the government will limit the walls being worked on and the adjacent walls (generally limiting to only 3 walls at a time).
