About this file

This document is an Amendment (SF 30) to a Department of Veterans Affairs solicitation for fire suppression and alarm system maintenance at the Jackson Regional Office. The solicitation (36C10D25Q0129) seeks an SDVOSB contractor to perform comprehensive fire safety services including annual fire alarm system testing, quarterly fire panel inspections, monthly fire extinguisher tagging, and biannual ANSUL fire suppression system testing. The contract covers a base year from 10-01-2025 to 09-30-2026 with four additional one-year option periods extending through 09-30-2030.

Key services include inspecting and cleaning smoke detectors, testing fire alarm panels, maintaining fire sprinkler systems, repairing 14 fire pull stations, testing 8 backflow preventers, and conducting five-year internal inspections of sprinkler systems. The amendment specifically revises the Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) and provides detailed specifications for each service line item. A site visit is scheduled for September 4, 2025, and Request for Information (RFI) submissions are due by September 9, 2025, at 12:00 PM EST. The solicitation targets small businesses, specifically Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) with NAICS code 541350.
