Reporting Requirements

Requirement IDHigh Level RequirementSolution/Report/Dropdown/Checkboxes/Search?Priority/High/Medium/LowQuestions/Comments
Registration - Change the question “Do you currently do business with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)?” to “Do you currently have a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA)?” (Y/N)This is only applicable to VOSBs/SDVOSBs/Exhibitors/Sponsors. Commercial should be 'Do you currently subcontract to Veteran Owned Small Businesses' and 'Do you have opportunities for VOSBs?' - GI 6/9
Registration - Change the question “Have you ever done business with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) within the last 5 years?” to “Have you previously had a contract with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) within the last 5 years?” (Y/N)This is only applicable to VOSBs/SDVOSBs/Exhibitors/Sponsors - GI 6/9
Registration - Add a new field – “Are you registered in the Systems for Awards Management (SAM)?” (Y/N)
Build a new ad-hoc report located in Admin dashboard - Reports, labeled 'FOT Business Report' with fields [name of company, address, zip code, email, phone number, DUNS, primary NAICS, specific socio economic category, have current contract with VA?, registered in SAM?]This is already in there the questions being added will be applied to reports automatically. Admin users will automatically see these options as a checkbox either under the participant or host tab that the small business is registedered to participate in.Ray's Feedback: I think what they're looking for is a standard report with the specific fields that they've identified. They just want to click on the report and have the data refresh and be able to view and download.
Create an Executive Actions statistics page on the dashboard (see Executive Actions Statistics sheet) with values that are hyperlinked to the list of attendees that make up each particular statisticWe have not been confirmed to take sponsor registration as that was not something in the propoosal that would take time to develop or develop an API with whatever contractor ASBA decides to use for Sponsorship. When the word submitted payment is on there it is giving the assumption that we do not want the total number since there are going to be individuals with payment codes to bypass entering in payment so technically they would not be paid but still registered. Are they wanting to remove the ones that registered with coupon codes from that list? I will need to see how the expected view of these statisitcs will be in order to estimate properly the level of effort and set a timeline with the team. What is the expected view of these statistcs and how do they want them represented?Ray's Feedback: Keep in mind that this dashboard doesn't have to be ready until we're actually onsite. This is for the report that Beth provides to the SecVA leadership and the JOC on a daily basis. Ideally, we would like to have the data converted to the bars and graphs that can be easily downloaded or cut & paste into a PowerPoint presentation. If that's not feasible, then what we would like to do is put all of the information in a single view so that all Beth has to do is grab the data and insert it into the .ppt.

WRT, the Sponsorship data. Unless the sponsor are going to use our system to register then that info will have to come direclty from ASBA.
