Q61: Key Personnel: Reference Page 80, E.15, Factor 2 Key Personnel, Requiring the identification of Key Personnel for Manager positions implies that the incumbent management team will not be considered for these positions.

A61: Offerors may propose current key personnel.

Will the Government provide the names and contact information for the current management team so that offerors are able to interview for qualifications?

A65: See response to question 61. Provide resumes for your firm’s proposed candidates.

Q66: Key Personnel: Reference "Page 80; SOW page 16", "E.15, Factor 2 Key Personnel; Section 7.3", In discussion of the Project Manager and any alternate must be approved by the CO must. The solicitation requires that resumes be provided with the proposal.

The SOW states they are to be provided per the Key Personnel Clause to the CO for approval. Will the Government consider removing the requirement for resumes to be submitted with the proposal? Instead require them in a reasonable amount of time after award? This allows the awarded offeror the opportunity to contact current employees of the contract.

A66: See response to question 61. Provide resumes for your firm’s proposed candidates.

Q67: Key Personnel: SOW Page 17, Section 7.4. In discussion of the key personnel of Supervisors for first and section shift, weekday and weekends). These must be approved by the CO. This allows the awardee to contact current employees of the contract.

A67: See response to question 61. Provide resumes for your firm’s proposed candidates.
