About this file
This is an image file associated with an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the City of South Jordan, Utah for holiday lighting installation and removal services. The image shows three strands of LED holiday lights configured as examples for the project scope. The photograph displays standard holiday light strings that are representative of the approximately 3,000 strands that will be installed throughout the project. Installation of lights on approximately seventy (70) trees in the Towne Center area near City Hall must be completed and functional by November 20, 2026. Removal operations must commence the first week of January 2027 and be completed no later than February 5, 2027. All bids must be submitted electronically through Bonfire, the State of Utah's procurement website, at https://utah.bonfirehub.com/. Prospective bidders must register as vendors on the Bonfire platform, with registration, email notifications, and electronic responses being provided at no cost under the State of Utah's contract with Bonfire.
The contractor is responsible for providing all labor, equipment, rental costs for equipment, and associated costs for both installation and removal of the holiday lighting, as the City of South Jordan will provide the light strings. All questions regarding the procurement must be submitted through the Question and Answer function within Bonfire; direct contact with the City of South Jordan is not permitted. Technical support for Bonfire registration and submission is available at support.bonfire@eunasolutions.com.
