About this file

Pricing Schedule Summary

This is a Pricing Schedule (Exhibit B) document for LEAD Public Schools' furniture supply, delivery, and installation contract in Tennessee. The pricing schedule establishes the framework for an as-needed term contract through which LEAD will procure classroom, administrative, and miscellaneous support furniture and accessories across its facilities. The contract covers new and expanded schools, renovations, classroom reconfigurations, replacements, and administrative spaces. Bidders must demonstrate capability to mobilize quickly, with preference given to vendors who can ship and store all required furniture in Nashville or the surrounding area by June 30, 2027, for delivery and installation between July 19 and August 2, 2027. The selected contractor will coordinate with LEAD's Procurement, Operations, Facilities, and school leadership throughout the delivery, installation, and quality assurance processes.

LEAD does not guarantee any minimum purchase quantity or dollar value under this contract, and all purchases remain subject to available funding, applicable procurement policies, and authorized purchase orders. Pricing terms are to be established competitively through the proposal process, with the winning bidder expected to provide flexible, cost-effective pricing for furniture and related services. No minimum or maximum contract values are specified, as procurement will occur on an as-needed basis dependent upon LEAD's actual requirements and budget availability.
