About this file

This is a Pricing Schedule (Exhibit B) for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by LEAD Public Schools, a public charter school network in Nashville, Tennessee, for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of commercial kitchen equipment for a new K-5 elementary school campus located at 444 Metroplex Drive. The project requires proposers to provide complete pricing for 29 specified kitchen equipment items, including double-stacked commercial convection ovens, combination steam ovens, walk-in cooler/freezer units, commercial dishwashers, ventilation systems, fire-suppression systems, and related equipment necessary to create a fully operational school kitchen. Proposers must submit detailed pricing for equipment costs, equipment-specific installation labor, delivery and handling services, utility connections and specialized installation activities, and startup, testing, commissioning, and staff training services. The pricing schedule requires all costs to be itemized separately with unit prices and extended prices, and proposers must identify any alternative or equivalent products with supporting documentation.

The pricing schedule mandates that all proposed costs include equipment, accessories, delivery, unloading, installation, connections within the contractor's scope, testing, commissioning, training, warranty support, and all other costs necessary for a complete and operational installation. Proposers may submit optional pricing for preventive maintenance programs, extended equipment warranties, emergency service rates, additional staff training, and other ancillary services, which are separate from the base bid unless specified in the RFP. The document requires proposers to separately identify smallwares and ancillary equipment pricing and to certify that all prices include all costs necessary to fulfill RFP requirements except those expressly identified as exclusions. The pricing schedule includes sections for warranty and service pricing details, including standard warranty, extended warranty options for Years 1-3, preventive maintenance, emergency service rates, and travel charges, though specific pricing amounts and contract term details are not provided in this exhibit.
