The technical evaluation may include, but is not limited to:
· Technical approach and understanding of the project;

· Quality and suitability of proposed equipment;
· Project management and installation approach;
· Ability to coordinate with the construction team;
· Equipment procurement and manufacturing lead times;
· Delivery and installation schedule;

Negotiations may include requests by LEAD Public Schools for supplementary information from the Bidders to verify, clarify, or supplement the information provided in its proposal or to confirm the conclusions reached in the evaluation, and may include requests by LEAD Public Schools for improved pricing or performance terms from the proponent.
I. Time period for Negotiation LEAD intends to conclude negotiations and finalize the agreement with the top-ranked Bidder during the Contract Negotiation Period, commencing from the date LEAD Public Schools invites the top-ranked proponent to enter negotiations.
