3-Attachment G – RTCC Workstation Floor Plan.pdf

This is a workstation floor plan attachment for the Detroit Police Department's Real-Time Crime Center (RTCC) facility, prepared as supporting documentation for the City of Detroit Office of Contracting and Procurement's video wall replacement project. The document provides a spatial layout of the RTCC workstation area, depicting the physical arrangement and configuration of multiple work stations (represented by 26 numbered text boxes) within the operational space where personnel will utilize the two Planar LED video wall systems being procured. The floor plan serves as a visual reference for vendors to understand the physical environment and spatial constraints relevant to the design, installation, and configuration of the video wall systems and supporting technical infrastructure.

The floor plan is a critical planning document that allows respondents to assess the workstation layout, spatial relationships, and facility dimensions necessary for proper video wall placement, cable routing, and integration with existing operational infrastructure. This attachment supports vendors' ability to develop comprehensive proposals that account for the specific physical environment and operational requirements of the RTCC, ensuring that the proposed video wall systems, backend hardware, software, installation, and configuration services align with the actual facility constraints and personnel deployment within the Detroit Police Department's real-time crime monitoring operations.
