The addendum provides twelve clarifications on project specifications, including confirmation that a Georgia Utility License is not required due to utilities not exceeding 4 feet in depth, and that Subcontractor Affidavits should be submitted with bids where available, with remaining affidavits due upon contract award. Key project modifications include specifications for baseball field improvements such as corrugated yellow fence top protectors, a single base at first base with anchored home base, one centered scoreboard positioned 185 feet from home plate, and permanent pitcher's rubber placement. The addendum mandates outfield grassing and interior baseball field grassing totaling approximately 25,000 square feet using Certified Tiftway 419 Bermuda Grass sod with specific subgrade preparation requirements, and includes reset of two existing playground benches to straight and level in the grading line item.
