About this file

This is an Affirmation of GRAMA (Government Records Access and Management Act) document for the Salt Lake City Department of Airports related to the On-Call Civil and Facility General Contractor Services solicitation at Salt Lake City International Airport. The document serves as a formal acknowledgment and affirmation by respondents regarding their understanding of Utah's public records law and their obligations to comply with GRAMA requirements. The affirmation confirms that firms submitting Statements of Pre-Qualification and Experience are aware that any information provided in their submissions may be subject to public disclosure under Utah's GRAMA statute, which grants the public access to government records unless specifically exempted by law.

The document requires respondents to acknowledge their understanding of GRAMA's transparency provisions and their consent to the potential release of submitted information to the public, except where specific exemptions apply under state law. This affirmation is a standard procedural requirement ensuring that all firms bidding on this on-call civil and facility general contractor services contract for the airport are fully informed about the public nature of government records and their responsibilities in submitting information to a public entity.
