About this file
This is a score sheet document for evaluating pre-qualification statements submitted to the Salt Lake City Department of Airports (SLCDA) for on-call civil and facility general contractor services at Salt Lake City International Airport. The scoring sheet establishes the evaluation criteria and methodology for assessing respondent qualifications and experience. The document outlines a structured evaluation process designed to identify qualified firms capable of providing comprehensive general contracting services for civil and facility projects at the airport. The scoring framework appears to guide evaluators through systematic assessment of submitted statements to determine which respondents meet the necessary qualification thresholds for consideration in the on-call contractor program.
The score sheet establishes weighted evaluation criteria that assess various aspects of respondent qualifications, including relevant experience, technical capabilities, financial stability, and organizational capacity. This evaluation tool serves as the primary mechanism for comparing multiple submissions against consistent standards, ensuring that selected contractors demonstrate sufficient expertise and resources to execute civil and facility projects effectively at a major airport facility. The scoring methodology allows the SLCDA to objectively rank respondents and make informed selections for the on-call services contract award.
