About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for the Retail Pharmaceutical Prescription Fulfillment contract opportunity for the Indian Health Service's Nashville Area Office. The Q&A addresses a vendor's question about the bid sheet pricing structure, specifically questioning whether IHS would consider updating the bid sheet to reflect more common or average dispensing quantities. IHS responded that vendors should extrapolate pricing based on the understanding that drugs have specific quantities aligned with 30-day or 90-day supplies, accounting for varying daily dosage requirements (once, twice, or three times per day).
