About this file

This is an Exhibit B Price Summary Sheet for Invitation for Bid (IFB) 250056 issued by the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA) in California for locksmith services and parts. The contract is structured as a blanket purchase order with a three-year term and a total budget of $125,000. Contractors must submit unit prices for each line item through the OpenGov electronic system, with all required fields completed to avoid deemed non-responsive bids. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis with no guaranteed minimum or maximum purchase amounts, and the authority will reimburse only for services actually rendered.

Pricing must be presented as fully-burdened labor rates incorporating all direct costs, indirect costs, and profit, with rates remaining firm-fixed throughout the contract term. Working hours are defined with straight time rates for Monday through Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; overtime rates for Monday through Friday, 3:01 PM to 5:59 AM, and Saturday work; and double-time rates for Sunday and holiday services. No price increases are permitted during the contract term, though price decreases will automatically extend to the authority. Contractors must provide ninety days advance written notice with bona fide proof for any cost adjustment requests, with no retroactive adjustments permitted. Invoices must be itemized with supporting documentation for any item exceeding $500, and contractors must substantiate replacement part costs. Contractors guarantee that quoted prices are equal to or less than those offered to any other local, state, or federal government entity for equal or lesser scope services.
