About this file
This document is an Invitation for Bid (IFB) issued by the Greater Orlando Aviation Authority (GOAA) for Orlando International Airport in Florida, seeking qualified bidders to provide passenger service paper stock items. The solicitation covers thermal paper boarding pass rolls (3.4 mil, 8" X 635 Ft.), baggage tags (synthetic, self-sticking, 2.00 X 21.00), and blank boarding passes, with specifications compatible with Customs TK150, Customs TK180, and Practical Automation Model KC 38 printers. The required materials must be new, unused, and of the current year model, with specific packaging requirements including 2 rolls per case for thermal paper and 4 rolls per case for baggage tags.
The procurement is structured as a purchase order or blanket purchase agreement, focusing on supplying high-quality, standardized boarding passes and baggage tags for airport operations. While specific pricing, contract duration, and renewal options are not detailed in this document, the solicitation indicates a competitive sealed bid process aimed at securing a reliable supplier for critical passenger service materials. The scope suggests a targeted procurement for specific airport printing and tagging needs, with precise technical specifications to ensure compatibility with existing airport printing systems.
