About this file
This document is an addendum to an Invitation for Bids (IFB) issued by the Macon-Bibb County Government Procurement Department for a Recreation Redevelopment Master Plan for Lake Tobesofkee. The addendum provides updates to the IFB, including information about the approximate number of cameras planned for the security camera system (approximately 50) and changes to the site visit schedule. The IFB is for a contract to install a security camera system at the Middle Georgia Regional Airport, with proposals due by 12:00 PM EST on Thursday, September 5, 2024. Interested firms can schedule a site visit during the week of August 12, 2024 by contacting Heather Lowe.
The IFB requires that proposals be submitted in separate technical and cost proposal envelopes. All questions must be submitted by email to the Director of Procurement by August 23, 2024. No late responses will be considered, and the contract will be awarded to the successful bidder. The IFB does not provide any additional details about pricing terms, set asides, incumbents, funding sources, or other salient information.

ADDENDUM # 1
To: ALL PROSPECTIVE FIRMS
Re: INVITATION FOR BIDS: 25-003-LH, Recreation Redevelopment Master Plan for Lake Tobesofkee
The Invitation for Bids, referenced above, is modified as follows:
1. What is the approximate number of cameras planned for this system
Answer: Approximately 50 cameras.
2. I notice the deadline for the questions is prior to the week of the site visits. Is it possible to reverse that in case the site visits bring about questions?
Answer: Tours can be scheduled during the week of August 12, 2024. Please contact Heather Lowe via email Hlowe@maconbibb.us
Please incorporate this change into the Invitation for Bid and acknowledge receipt of this addendum on your bid form.
Sincerely, Laura Hardwick mailto:Hlowe@maconbibb.us
