About this file
This document is a Price Page for a City recycling contract opportunity involving the sale and removal of various metal materials. The City is seeking a contractor to provide revenue sharing for different types of metal recyclables, including unprepared mixed steel, aluminum, copper, salvage vehicles, brass, and clean steel. The document outlines a comprehensive pricing structure where the contractor will pay the City a percentage of the American Metal Market (AMM) composite rate for each type of material following every removal cycle. Contractors are required to provide market price verification and fill in all highlighted portions of the pricing table.
The pricing structure is divided into two main sections: Section I covers revenue share percentages per pound for different metal types, referencing specific AMM rates in Houston and Los Angeles for various metal categories, and Section II addresses pull fees for material container and salvage vehicle removals. The document also includes sections for the contractor to provide their Arizona Resale Business License Number and list any additional recycling services. The City stipulates that it will only pay for the concurrent removal and replacement of containers, with no extra fees assessed if containers are picked up at separate times. Contractors are expected to propose their specific revenue share percentages for each material type as part of their bid response.
