About this file

The document is a lane shift notification spreadsheet for a water main installation project by Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) at 22nd and Chambers Street in Eugene, Oregon. The work is scheduled for 3 shifts, with work times from 8:15am to 4:00pm, requiring 48-hour advance notifications to various city departments including Fire/EMS, Eugene Police Department, and City Signal Operations. Key project details include maintaining work zone safety with flaggers, ensuring minimum 10-foot travel lanes, placing appropriate signage for lane shifts, bike lane and crosswalk modifications, and managing traffic flow and pedestrian access.

The project involves detailed traffic management protocols, including lane shifts (left and right), utility work ahead signs, road closure indicators, and bike merge and crosswalk closure signage. Contact persons for the project include Nate Wahto (541-579-9359), Nolan Melendrez (541-914-8109), and Tyler Kennedy (541-520-5141). While this document appears to be a supplementary notification for a specific work segment, it is related to a broader water main replacement project (ITB 25-041-PW) on Pierce Street and Grant Street, which involves installing approximately 2,690 feet of 12-inch water main, 1,425 feet of 8-inch water main, and 30 feet of 6-inch water main, along with associated valves, fittings, water services, and fire hydrants.
