About this file

This is a Questions and Answers document for RFP 2032H326R00010, a Group of Twenty (G20) Event Production Services solicitation issued by the U.S. Department of the Treasury for AV and production contractor services supporting two major international meetings in 2026.

The contract covers production services for the Finance and Central Bank Deputies Meeting (FCBD) in May 2026 at Omni Fort Lauderdale Hotel and the Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Meeting (FMCBG) in August-September 2026 at Omni Grove Park Inn Hotel. Key deliverables include plenary room setup with rigged audio speakers, projectors, screens, and lighting components; closed-circuit streaming to auxiliary rooms within hotels; simultaneous interpretation booth sourcing and equipment provision (with interpreters provided by delegations); AV/production design and graphics creation per government-provided brand guidelines; and setup/strike labor across multiple meeting spaces including lounges, bilateral meeting rooms, and drafting rooms. Load-in begins May 13, 2026 for FCBD (setup complete by 7:00 a.m. May 14; strike after May 15 conclusion) and August 29, 2026 for FMCBG (setup complete by 7:00 a.m. August 29; strike after September 1 conclusion). The contract is awarded on a Firm-Fixed Price basis with all costs (labor, travel, materials, equipment, freight, insurance) inclusive in the pricing template; Treasury pays certain Pinnacle vendor charges directly and these should not be proposed. The government declined to disclose budget amount, number of competing bidders, historical production standards, or past plenary photographs. This is a new contract with no incumbent performer. Offerors must provide a Key Person meeting or exceeding Technical Manager qualifications and may propose additional personnel captured in general labor costs.
