This is Addendum No. 2 to Request for Proposals 20262020 issued by the City of Eugene, Oregon for the Community Renewable Energy Project (C.R.E.P) Solar Electric & Battery Storage Design-Build project. The addendum addresses clarifications regarding the service equipment installation at Building 10, confirming that no battery feasibility study has been conducted prior to proposal submission. The solicitation timeline has been extended by one week, with the last date to request clarifications or submit protests moved to April 14-15, 2026, and the proposal due date extended to April 22, 2026, at 3:00 PM.
