About this file

This is a signature page for a Request for Proposal (RFP) issued by the University of Texas at Dallas Facilities Management Department for custodial services. The University of Texas at Dallas is seeking proposals from qualified custodial service vendors to provide scheduled custodial services for designated buildings on both the Main Campus and South Campus, with the intent to select up to three vendors to service Main Campus Area 1, Main Campus Area 2, and South Campus. The initial contract period will run for three years, beginning July 1, 2026, and ending June 30, 2029, with an option to extend for up to two additional years through June 30, 2031.

Proposers must complete and submit a signed copy of this signature page as part of their response, providing their company name, federal ID number, address, phone/fax/email contact information, and authorized signatory. The RFP indicates that the University of Texas at Dallas will consider group purchasing organization pricing available through TXMAS, BUYBOARD, E&I, DIR, UT Alliance, Premier, ESC Region 19, and Vizient. Proposers have the option to make their offer available to other University of Texas System institutions and other government agencies. The document also provides checkboxes for vendors to identify if they are certified as a Historically Underutilized Business (HUB) by the State of Texas or qualify as a Small Business Administration small business under federal goaling guidelines.

_____ Check here if you would like to make this offer available to other UT schools. Group Purchase Authority

Texas law authorizes institutions of higher education (defined by Section 61.003, Education Code) to use the group purchasing procurement method (ref. Sections 51.9335, 73.115, and 74.008, Education Code). Additional Texas institutions of higher education may therefore elect to enter into a contract with the successful Proposer under this RFP. In particular, Proposer should note that University is part of The University of Texas System ("UT System"), which is comprised of nine academic and six health universities described at http://www.utsystem.edu/institutions. UT System institutions routinely evaluate whether a contract resulting from a procurement conducted by one of the institutions might be suitable for use by another, and if so, this could give rise to additional purchase volumes. As a result, in submitting its proposal in response to this RFP, Proposer should consider proposing pricing and other commercial terms that take into account such higher volumes and other expanded opportunities that could result from the eventual inclusion of other institutions in the purchase contemplated by this RFP.
