About this file

This is a request for proposals soliciting maintenance and repair services for various watercraft, boats, and waterfront equipment at multiple Navy locations in the Southeast United States. Services required include preventative and corrective maintenance, depot-level maintenance availabilities, docking regular overhauls, port operations, and waterfront administration. The anticipated period of performance is January 2024 through December 2028 with optional additional periods through December 2031. The solicitation identifies government-furnished equipment, facilities, and services to be provided at each location including office space, maintenance areas, piers, fuel, and utilities. The contractor must provide all other required equipment, facilities, management, and personnel to perform the work from an off-site regional maintenance center located within 50 miles of specified Navy bases.
