About this file

This document is an Anti-Human Trafficking Affidavit for Broward County, Florida, specifically related to a Uniforms contract for the Aviation Department and other county agencies. The open-end contract solicits uniform procurement services, with vendors required to submit this affidavit confirming they do not use coerced labor as defined under Florida Statutes. The solicitation is conducted through BPRO (an electronic procurement platform), with vendors strongly encouraged to submit all documents, including optional items, to facilitate comprehensive review.

The contract emphasizes electronic submission requirements, mandating vendors submit responses through BPRO and obtain a Submission Receipt. There are specific Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements involving County Business Enterprise (CBE) considerations. Vendors must submit questions through BPRO by a specified deadline, with the County responding via the platform's Messages section. Technical support is available through support@gobonline.com for submission difficulties, and vendors are advised to submit responses in advance of the closing date and time.
