About this file
This document is a Domestic Partnership Act Certification form for Broward County, Florida, relating to a Uniforms contract opportunity for the Aviation Department and other county agencies. The open-end contract seeks uniform procurement services with an anticipated contract value exceeding $100,000, requiring vendors to electronically submit responses through BPRO (Bonfire Platform) by a specified closing date. Vendors must provide comprehensive documentation and are strongly encouraged to submit all files, including optional items, to facilitate a thorough review process.
The certification form mandates that vendors either currently provide or commit to providing domestic partnership benefits equivalent to spousal benefits, with specific exemptions for small businesses, non-profit organizations, religious entities, and organizations with fewer than five employees. The solicitation emphasizes the Office of Economic and Small Business Development (OESBD) requirements and includes County Business Enterprise (CBE) considerations. Vendors must submit questions through BPRO by a designated date and ensure electronic submission with a received submission receipt, with technical support available through support@gobonfire.com for any submittal difficulties.
