Intent to Bid and Site Visit Registration 10/17/2018
Companies intending to submit proposals are invited to participate in Government provided briefings and site walk-throughs for services as described in the draft Statement of Work for Solicitation Number 19AQMM18R0428. Please complete and return this form per the instructions as noted.
SCHEDULE
The Centers will provide site visits at the following date/times:
National Visa Center (NVC) Date/Time: Thursday, November 8, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
Address: 32 Rochester Ave., Portsmouth, NH 03801 Duration: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
Kentucky Consular Center (KCC) Date/Time: Thursday, November 15, 2018 at 9:30 a.m.
Address: 3505 North Hwy 25 W, Williamsburg, KY 40769 Duration: 9:30 a.m. to 12:00 p.m.
GENERAL GUIDANCE
1. Participants are encouraged to arrive promptly; event sign-in will take place from 8:45 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. Participants arriving after 9:15 a.m. are not guaranteed entrance into facility.
2. Demonstrations/capabilities briefs of any kind are NOT allowed. One-on-one sessions will not be scheduled.
3. Participation for the site visits are limited – each company can nominate up to two (2) personnel per company (per CAGE Code). Based on occupancy limits, the Government will advise whether one or two personnel can participate.
4. Questions specific to each CSC may be received during the site visits. Q&A’s will be posted to FBO.
5. No photography or recording devices are allowed.
6. No cell phones or electronic devices (such as iPads) are permitted in the facilities.
7. The Government will not compensate industry participants for travel, lodging or any other expenses associated with the site visits.
8. To submit a proposal and receive an invitation for a due diligence session following the site visits, each company intending to assume a prime contractor role must submit their intent to bid, and at least one representative from each prime small business MUST attend both site visits.
9. Once finalized, the RFP will include a requirement in Section L stating that participation in the site visits is mandatory for any prime Offeror desiring to submit a proposal. Any Offeror that submits a proposal and did not participate in the site visits will be eliminated from consideration.

SECURITY AND SITE VISIT REGISTRATION
No security clearance is required in order to participate in the site visits. Visitors must be pre-registered and present a valid government-issued photo ID (i.e., driver’s license or passport).
For planning purposes, companies planning to participate in this solicitation must complete this registration form, to include the “intent to bid” block above and the “site visit registration” table below, and submit it to Sara Krumm, the VO/DO Management Officer, via email at KrummSM@state.gov. Registration must be received not later than 3 pm EST, Thursday, November 1, 2018. Late registrations will NOT be honored or accommodated.
NOTE: Based on occupancy restrictions, the Government will accept the nomination of two representatives for each site; however, it is likely that only one representative will be approved to attend. The Government will confirm the approved representative(s) for both site visits prior to the first site visit (tentatively Friday, November 2) using the e-mail addresses provided below. Please list nominated representatives in order of priority.
