The contract type permits a single individual to hold multiple roles simultaneously provided that individual cumulatively meets all qualifications and requirements for each role. Offerors must acknowledge receipt of this amendment prior to the deadline specified in the original solicitation or as amended, either by completing items 8 and 15 and returning copies of the amendment, by acknowledging receipt on each copy of the offer submitted, or by separate letter or electronic communication referencing the solicitation and amendment numbers. Failure to acknowledge receipt at the designated location prior to the specified hour and date may result in rejection of the offer.

1. The purpose of this amendment is to revise the solicitation documents to add the Archeologist service on site.
2. Therefore, Section J, paragraph B), Part III – Key Personnel, is revised to read as follows:
PART III – KEY PERSONNEL
The Contractor shall provide a dedicated team of qualified professionals for the duration of the project.
All key personnel shall be identified in the offer submission with detailed Curricula Vitae and proof of qualifications. All personnel must be able to speak both Italian and English.
The offer shall include evidence of all the requirements listed below for each of the listed key personnel:

Skilled worker with documented hands-on field experience.
• Minimum three (3) years of experience in excavation, formwork, concrete pouring, and external paving installation.
