QUESTION 92: There is some confusion as to how the pricing is to be provided per bid schedule. Bid schedule A is to included phases 2,3,4? Bid schedule B is to include phase 0,1? And alternate #1 is to be the connector road alternate, and is only to be selected if bid schedule B is not selected? Can this be confirmed, or unconfirmed and clarified.

ANSWER 92: The intent of separating Bid Schedules A and B was for the Bid Schedule B (Roundabout road configuration) to be replaced with the Alternate #1 (Alternate Access Road) if needed. The building, parking lot, and drop-off area are to be included in Bid Schedule A. The phasing plan was created to ensure all parties/tenants have access to their facilities throughout the project. The division of the Bid Schedules are not necessarily tied to the phasing plan.
