ITIOSS Reading Room Process

A. Definition and purpose of Reading Room

Reading Room

Government will establish a Reading Room to provide access to additional information to the potential offerors. Reading Room is a room with several standalone laptops with no connectivity to network. These laptops are configured for reading documents only. No information can be copied during the use of Reading Room. Specific instructions regarding the signup for the use of Reading Room will be posted to the https://www.fbo.gov site.

B. Reading Room Signup Instruction:

The Reading Room schedules are from _7/29/2019 to 8/2/2019_ (5 days, Monday to Friday).

The deadline for signup is COB (close of business day) 7/24/2019.

PBGC will reply with your selection by COB 7/26/2019.

There are three (3) sessions in each day. Here are the time lines for each session:

Session-1: From 8:00 am to 10:30 am Session-2: From 11:00 am to 1:30 pm Session-3: From 2:00 pm to 4:30 pm

If any vendors would like to participate in reading additional technical documents, must follow following process:

1- Send an email to Safdari.Nasser@pbgc.gov and Pattillo.Tony@pbgc.gov by COB 7/24/2019

· Subject of the email must be “Reading Room” 2- The body of the email must contain following information

· Company name(s)

· First name and last name of one or two employees who will be participating in reading Room (No more than 2 per company)

· Select your session according to following. PBGC will be assigning one session based on First Come First Serve:

· Primary: Day (T/W/Th/F) and Session (1, 2 or 3)

· Secondary: (if schedule for primary is full) Day and Session

· Third option: (if both primary and secondary schedules are full) Day and Session

3- PBGC will reply to your email by COB 7/26/2019 to inform you which Day and Session is assign to you.

4- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your Session. Bring Your picture ID with you to PBGC at 1200 K Street N. W. Washington DC 20005.
