About this file

This document is an Attachment RT1 - Cover Letter and Executive Summary in response to RFP #16073 for Marketing Technology Services issued by the Oregon Lottery. The RFP seeks proposals from qualified vendors to provide these services to Marion County, Salem City, and other jurisdictions. The proposal cover letter provides instructions and details for the response, including a submission checklist, minimum mandatory qualifications the proposer must meet, and company/contact information. The executive summary should be a concise 2-4 page overview of the proposer's qualifications, approach, proposed team, and the advantages of their proposal to the state.

The RFP outlines pricing terms, set-asides, and funding requirements. Proposers must certify that they meet all minimum mandatory qualifications, have completed at least 5 similar projects in the last 3 years, and will provide direct access to technical staff without outsourcing. Proposers must also confirm they do not discriminate and have no conflicts of interest. The contract term and any renewal options are not specified in this documentation.
