About this file

This file is a Questions and Answers document for RFP 1605C3-26-R-00008 addressing electrical-related concerns. The document does not specify required products or services, response dates, award dates, pricing terms, set asides, or federal agencies, as it consists solely of three clarification questions posed by prospective contractors and responses from the government agency.

The responses address three key electrical requirements: (1) existing electrical panels must be updated to support new project requirements, with no existing panel schedules or available capacity information provided; (2) lighting control system specifications are outside the scope of this engineering effort and have been transferred to the audiovisual (AV) team; and (3) if an electrical panelboard requires replacement due to end-of-life or discontinued parts, all electrical wiring and breakers must be replaced in their entirety, including feeder components back to the source breaker.
