About this file

This document is a Resume Template for the FBI Global Multiple Award Construction Contract (GMACC) IDIQ solicitation number 15F06725R0000020. The template provides detailed instructions for contractors to complete individual personnel resumes, requiring a comprehensive two-page format that highlights key professional attributes. The resume template mandates sections covering the individual's role, security clearance, years of experience, education, certifications, and three past relevant project briefs that demonstrate professional qualifications.

The template is specifically designed to support the FBI's two-phase best value tradeoff source selection process, where contractors will be evaluated on past performance, key personnel, team organization, and management plans. Candidates must provide granular details about previous projects, including project name, location, role, size, total cost, completion date, and specific relevance to the proposed contract. The template aims to help the FBI identify highly qualified firms for construction projects across multiple regions, including the National Capital Region, Redstone Arsenal, domestic United States, and potential overseas locations, with project delivery methods ranging from Design-Build to Design-Bid-Build.
