About this file
This document is a Past Performance Questionnaire (PPQ) for the FBI's Global Multiple Award Construction Contract (GMACC) solicitation number 15F06725R0000020. The PPQ is designed to collect reference evaluations for potential contractors, with submissions due by 12:00 PM Central on May 28, 2025, to be sent directly to specified FBI contracting officers and specialists. The questionnaire requires detailed performance ratings across five key areas: performance, timeliness, quality of work, overall rating, and willingness to work with the firm again, using a rating scale from Exceptional to Unsatisfactory.
The associated federal contract opportunity is a two-phase Best Value Tradeoff source selection for multiple indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) construction contracts. The FBI seeks contractors for construction projects across three regions: National Capital Region, Redstone Arsenal, and Other U.S. Sites, including various project types such as new construction, demolition, repairs, and renovations for facilities like operations buildings, hangars, administrative offices, and training centers. In Phase I, 7-12 offerors per region will be selected to proceed to Phase II, with the ultimate goal of awarding 5-7 contracts per region and one overall task order to the best-value offeror.
